Community events within the Darebin Parklands and surrounds are hosted by the Darebin Parklands Association (DPA), who are the Friends of Darebin Parklands. The Friends of Darebin Creek and the Darebin Creek Sweepers harness community actions throughout the catchment.

Join City of Whittlesea, DCMC and the Reach 4 group of Friends of Darebin Creek for a National Tree Day planting event at Norris Bank Reserve in Bundoora.
Creek-side Planting in Reservoir

Meeting Place: Access creek via corner of Ayr and Gronn Streets in Reservoir. Follow the signs and look for bushcrew vehicles.
Help Friends of Darebin Creek increase creek-side habitat with a planting event along the creek near Gronn Street, Reservoir.
